Size Exchange Policy

At G|FASHION, we understand that selecting the perfect size can sometimes be challenging when shopping online. To make your shopping experience as convenient as possible, we offer a hassle-free size exchange policy.


Conditions for Size Exchange:

  • Eligibility: Size exchanges are applicable to apparel and footwear items only. Accessories and non-size-related products are not eligible for size exchanges.
  • Time Frame: Size exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
  • Original Condition: The item being exchanged must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Size Availability: The requested size for exchange must be in stock at the time of the exchange request.


How to Request a Size Exchange:

  • Contact our Customer Service Team: To initiate a size exchange, please reach out to our customer service team via email( info@gfashion.com ) with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
  • Return Shipping: We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label to send back the item you wish to exchange.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our exchange policy conditions, we will process your exchange request.


Size Exchange Options:

  • Size Replacement: We will send you the same item in the requested size as soon as your returned item is received and verified.
  • Store Credit: If the requested size is not available, or if you prefer a different item, we can issue store credit for the original purchase amount.


Notes:

  • We proceed only size exchanges for the same product. We can not exchange an item with an other.
  • Size exchanges are subject to product availability, and we recommend checking the availability of the desired size before initiating an exchange.
  • The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the item for exchange if it costs less than 300 on the original purchase.
